Tickets for events and courses once purchased are non refundable. Payment for Reiki Healing and Animal Communication is non refundable. Distant Healing and Animal Communication is paid for after the event to ensure satisfaction.
Any appointment can be cancelled with 24 hours notice, if notice is not given the full fee will be payable.
The dog training methods are safe and effective, Lesley Collinson takes no responsibility for any injury or accident that occurs to any dog or its guardian whilst training and modifying behaviour.
Money off vouchers are single use and only one is permitted per client. The voucher should be used before its expiry date.
