Reiki Level 1. Tuesdays 19th September – 17th October 10:30am – 12:30pm Fulstow, Louth, Lincolnshire. Teacher with over 20 years experience.

 A 5 week certified course  Help yourself, your friends, family and pets.

Learn Reiki Level 1 (Shoden –  The awakening).     Level one is the foundation level with the emphasis on self work to overcome fear, anxiety and anger and learn skills to change the way you cope with the world around you. Level 1 must be completed before Level 2 – practitioner can be taken.

At Reiki Level one you will:

• Learn the history of Usui Reiki
• You will learn about energetic anatomy
• The link between mind, emotion and physical illness
• An introduction to Japanese meditation techniques
• Grounding, creating a suitable space and the various uses and benefits of Reiki
• The 5 pillars of Reiki

Whilst the emphasis is primarily on self-healing it also enables Reiki to be practiced on family, friends and family animals.  This is the foundation level for people who would like to progress further. The course process allows the recipient to begin to open up to their own power within (Reiki energy) for most this can be a life changing experience.
